Macro Warning

When i open up MS Access, i get a message from windows
saying "are you sure you want to open this file, it
contains macros which could be potentially harmful" etc.
how do i turn this message off so i dont see it everytime
i open a file(with macros)?

"The Security Level tab in the Security dialog box implies what the security level is for macros.
If the macro security is set to High, running scripts is disabled. If the macro security is set to Medium,
the user is asked whether to run script in these files. If macro security is set to Low, the script is run."

where do i find this "security box" to change the settings?

un tick the box
