Macro unable to run in Outlook template

Hi Guys,

My current office is office 2003
My macro is able to run on Outlook2000. But when i migrate to office2003 the
outlook2003 does not run the macro that i create in outlook template (*.oft)

I have create a form with the outlook template, so everytime i forward the
template to my fren they able to open and will have a prompts to ask for
enable macro or disable macro. I have set the setting to medium but when i
open with outloo2003 it does not prompts me to enable the macro. It does not
have any response on it.

Please help..
