Macro to autosend a email once a week

I'm very new to Macro's and wanted to send an email once a
week with the same message. How would I go about creating
this. Sample code would be great.

I'm guessing you think I want to use this to spam, but I
want to remind a group of employees to turn in their time
for the week. Thanks for the help.
