Macro that operates using shortcut Keys for all applications

I want to set up a Macro that uses shortcut keys that can be used in all
applications. How can I di this. I have set up a macro in Word & in Excel.

i don't think you can do that. you can assign shortcut
keys in excel but they only run in excel. not sure about
word...i never had to write a macro there.
i know of no way to assigning shortcut keys in access.
access was not designed to work that way. Forms with
button trigger access macro(querys). i don't know what
your macros do, but i would abandon the shortcut key idea.
