Macro or code to print collated reports for items listed in a quer

I need a macro or code to print project reports in the order that the
projects are listed in a query (datasheet view). There are four reports per
project and they need to print in a specific order - the problem is to print
each set of reports per project. At this time the reports print for all
projects involved at one time and you have to sort them by hand to end up
with a set of reports per project. I need collated reports by project.
Thank you

Skip,

As a simple solution, it may work to place each report as a subreport
onto an unbound "main" report, separated by page breaks, so you are
really only printing one report, but the end result is the same as if
you printed them separately. Worth a try, I reckon.

Steve,
I tried this solution the only problem at this point is the fourth (final)
report of the report series for each project isn't being produced - does not
show up in print preview - is it possible I'm exceeding the total height
allow for a report in Access? The first three subreports are showing on
their own page/sheet but the fourth one does not appear at all.

Skip,

I'm sorry, I can't think of an explanation for this. I don't think
there is any size limit or anything else that you are exceeding. I
assume the report that you are using as the 4th subreport produces the
expected result if you run it on its own? What happens if you swap the
order of the subreports, so the one that is now 4th is at the top? Is
it that specific subreport that is failing, or is it whichever is the
last on the list?

Skip,

I am not sure whether this would cause it to fail, but I would always
make sure the width of a subreport control on a main report is at least
as wide as the report which you are using for the subreport. Also,
check the Visible property of the subreport.

Steve,
Problem solved - the page break gave me the reports per page I needed and at
the same time I changed some things with the one report which gave me what I
wanted to see. I didn't develop this database and I'm in a learning curve
with its design and function. Thanks for the help!
