Macro on a timer or at a certen time??

The only way I know to fire a macro after a certain time
elapes is to create a form and set the form's "ON TIMER"
event to the name of the macro and then set the "TIMER
INTERVAL" event to 180000(the should give you 30 minutes).

The only negative is that the form must remain open.
 
You can use a dummy Form and open it hidden to run the Timer Event. The
Form is open but transparant to the users.
