macro need? will pay

I need a macro that will save messages to a network location. Id like users
to hit a button and be prompted for a save location ie

| H:\work\5555\0000\ |
input box
|------------------------------------------------------|

they will put in the 5555\0000\ location and be brought to a filesaveas
dialog box where they can see the files there and put in a file name save
the email message as text file and be done.
