Macro Help - Copying and appending data

Good Day everyone,

I have a worksheet set up to look like a daily form, columns.

Date: Amount: Day:

I want to copy this info after I fill it in in the form the sheet2 and then
the next day continue so it in essance create a daily tracker for me in sheet
2 of all previous days. HELP!
