macro does not fire after document is posted to public folder

New document with document_close() macro is created using template, but after
document is posted to public folder macro does not fire, when document is
reopened and closed.
Any sugestions?
 
My experience is that event handlers in Word documents don't fire for freedocs in Outlook folders, although macros will run.
