Macro dialog box, "Step Into" ???

am just learning about macro's and VB.
Could not find in Excel docum, or in this community what you do when you
select a macro and click the step into button.

Briefly, after you see the vb code, what's next?
Where do I read more about it?

Basically it lets you step through the code. You see every line executing,
and you can interrogate the variables at any point, and even modify them on
the fly.
