Machines See Each Other but not XP

Have three networked machines that used to work fine.
Stopped working for some reason. Running WIN95, WIN98 and
WINXP. WIN95 and WIN98 machines see each other AND WINXP
machine. WINXP machine sees only itself, not WIN95 or
WIN98 machines. However, WINXP machine recognizes and
uses networked cable modem. No firewalls, TCP/IP working,
cables checked. Reloaded WINXP and WIN98. Ensured browser
service started. Can't figure it out.

XP does not use Netbios over IP, that may be the issue.
You can download a pach if that is the case.
