Machine specific word settings?

Hi

I have an application that is cutting and pasting rich text including
bullets into Word and the format of the resulting paragraphs is
different depending on the machine I am logged in at. When I am at my
machine its looks correct but when I log into another machine on the
network the text is in a different size font and the paragraph style is
not the same. We use roaming profiles so on both machines I am using
the same:

Version of word
Version of the other application
Source text
Word Template
Normal Template
Current User Registry

I had thought it was something to do with list templates and so far I
have tried:

Creating a clean template from scratch (Checking in VBA it conains
only 1 List Template)
Resetting all the List Gallery entries
Deleteing the List Gallery section in my registry

I am now stuck. Is there anywhere else that paragraph formatting can come from?

Any ideas appreciated.
