Machine Debug Manager

[Harkin]

We have some machines that are showing DCOM errors (EventID: 10016) for this
process. I know how to 'fix' it so that the errors stop, but I have not been
able to find out what the purpose of this process is. Does anyone have an
idea? Is it necessary? Does it get installed with office?
