MAC login to w2k (pdc)

1) MAC with OS 9.1 start
2) I select the user and give a MAC password
3) MAC show the desktop and then... show the next window:

Connect to the file server "SERVER" as:
O Guest (esta opcion esta desabilitada)
O Registered User
Name: _____________
Password: ________
Clear text password
[Change pass] [Cancel] [Connect]

With correct w2k defined user and password ;
I press the Connect button and the screen without giving any error message,
come again.
I prove with all the possible users including with administrator but it
happens the same. window log come again.
If I give a incorrect pass I get error and windows.... come again.
If I try to cancel ... wiiiindoooow again .
After to many attempts ( long time about 10 min), window disappears and I
can see and work with shared folders o the server w2k. If I restart MAC,
again the same situation.
Network harware work correctly. In Windows 2000 server (pdc) I made a pair
of changes for accept clear text password from policies and with regedit,
but continues giving this problem, I was reinstall UAM but it follows the
same.
In w2k I have install the service for Macintosh and the Appletalk protocol
(I can't see any zone available ) What can I review? Somebody can help me?

Hi gUiLLe!

You didn't state this, but I'm going to bet that after your restart, this
dialog box comes up immediately and you're not going to the Chooser first.

If this is the case, then someone has loaded a reference to some files that
reside on your server to load at startup on your Mac.

The most common way this can happen is if you have fonts on your server and
you have at some point dragged them into Extensis Suitcase or Adobe ATM
Deluxe and set them to load at startup. Since the fonts are on the server,
you are requested to log in.

Another thing that can cause this is that during an earlier login process,
someone has checkmarked the option to "Log in at startup", which is next to
each volume listed for a server. Go to System Folder --> Servers and you'll
see an alias or several aliases for each server volume. Trash these.

Request that your users never use the option to log in at startup.
