Hi! I took a bunch of pictures in Ireland on a Canon A70
and saved them to a disc on a computer using Windows XP in
Ireland. They won't open on my computer here in the USA.
They opened on my neighbor's Imac (Macintosh) So they must
have been saved in a Macintosh program. How can I open
these pictures on my own computer which runs Windows XP? Thanks

Try to see if you can access the disk on a different windows computer. I
have experienced this with a disk I created on a Mac Ibook then a Gateway
wouldn't read the disk but my Toshiba laptop would read the disk.

Do you know what system was used to write the CDs? If it was Roxio or
another that uses the UDF file system (CD-RW) you might need to install
the UDF Reader applet from Roxio.
