MAC client for LCS ... SIP communications

Is there a client out there for a MAC that works with LCS and SIP
communications that supports voice and video?
 
There is not a MAC client for LCS yet. eDial had a web-based IM client, but
has since pulled it. This would lead one to believe that 1) Microsoft may
have one in development or 2) eDial did not recover their investment from
the first release.
