m/s "word" wont open

Hi guys..

m/s "word" appears on menu but won't open. when click on , menus disappear and reverts t
desktop. Won't work with left or right mouse, online or off. other "m/s office" items work ok
tnx much.......

Try finding and deleting the file called normal.dot
