Hello,

I'm using Word 2002 & working on a publication intended for elementary
school students around 3rd - 4th grade range. I'm using Verdana because it
has such a clean, simple look.

My question is, the size of the font. I'm torn, really, between 12 & 14
point. Why is there no 13 point font? It seems to be the "just right" size
I can't quite achieve with any of the others.

If anyone has any experience in preparing text for an elementary age
audience, I'd LOVE to hear any suggestions you have.

Yours,
Mark DAvila

Although 13 pt is not among the suggested values, you can *type* 13
(or any amount from 1 pt to 1638 pt, in 0.5 pt increments) in the Font
Size box of the Formatting toolbar (or in the Size box of the Font
dialog box), and press ENTER to apply it to the selected text.
