lsass.exe error on Windows 2003 server
how do i get rid of this error?

This is not good. Usually with this error you will need to do a clean
install of Windows. Sometimes a Repair Install can help, but not always.
Since this is a server, you may just want to apply your last backup image.

You haven't given us enough information to really help you in a focused
