Steve

Normally I use broadband connection to connect to the
internet. But I'm on the road right now and I'm using a
dial-up connection and I can only stay connected for a
couple of minutes before this error message pops up and
says that the computer will restart in a few seconds.

I read on the Microsoft site that it has to do with a
communication error of some sort on servers running a
certain version of NT or something like that.

How can I fix this?

Please help. Thank you!!

CAUSE: Sasser Worm.

CURE: Disconnect from the network/Internet. From a known-clean computer,
download the following patch:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...9E-DA3F-43B9-A4F1-AF243B6168F3&displaylang=en

and download this tool:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...7E-1B6B-4FC3-90D4-9FA42D14CC17&displaylang=en

Apply the Sasser patch, then run the cleaning tool to get rid of the active
infection, before connecting to the Internet/network again.

Finally, re-evaluate your patching habits and antivirus protection as both
appear to be in need of attention.
