Low memory message

document saved successfuly, Cannot reopen the saved
document due to low memory,Please close the document.

does restarting Excel or rebooting your computer help (also clear your
temp directory)
 
I will try clearing my temp directory, But this problem i
think is on the server side. The spreadsheet is located on
another server in my company. Thanks
