low graphics

i have bought command and conquer 3, works well but it doesnt work well with
medium or high graphics settings what do i do to resolve this problem. i have
windows vista home premium 32 bit. 2GB ram, pentium d 2.80GHz and intel gma
x3000

Simple..get yourself a decent graphics card, that is all it is my friend
