Low Disk Space

I have a 20GB hard drive installed in my PC. I just re-
installed Win XP and now tells me that the capacity of
the hard drive is only 22MB. I know for a fact I have a
20GB HD. What can I do?
 
Did you repartition the drive when reinstalling?
Was it a clean install or not?
How much space did you have free before reinstalling?
