You should not give out your email address in these newsgroups without
munging your address in some way. If you do you will become the target
for a lot of spam. Try something like (e-mail address removed) and say it
is an invalid address. Answering questions by direct email is also
discouraged in these newsgroups as it prevents others with a similar
problem from benefiting when a solutions works.

How large is your hard disk and how much free space? Place your cursor
on your C drive in Windows Explorer, right click and select Properties
to get this information. How much RAM memory do you have? Right click
your My Computer icon on your Desktop for this detail.

Are you saying Disk CleanUp is not working? Compressing files can take a
while! If it is working Delete Temporary Internet Files and then also in
Disk CleanUp select the More Options tab and click on System Restore to
remove all but the latest Restore Point.

If Disk CleanUp is not working then right click the My Computer icon on
your Desk Top, select Properties, System Restore tab and click before
Turn off System Restore on all drives, hot OK and exit to Desktop. Next
repeat the process but this time remove the check before Turn off System
Restore on all drives. System Restore should now work providing there is
nothing else wrong.

Are you using Outlook Express or Outlook for email?

Finally recheck the amount of free space on your hard disk and let the
newsgroup know how you get on. We can then see what more can be done to
help.

Hope this helps.
