loudness of lap top

When I bought my lap top and played music, it was allot louder . I have
adjusted the volume to 100%, but remains allot quiter than it used to be. Can
anyone offer advice or hardware that I can buy to fix this. Thanks Samantha
 
Download and install the latest audio driver from the manufacturer's
website.

If you mean you turned your laptop's Volume dial up to 100%, you can also
adjust the volume from 'Control Panel > Sounds & Audio Devices > Audio >
Volume'. Increase the volume sliders for Play Control & PC Speaker. There
are several other volume controls, such as CD Audio, Midi, etc. you may want
to adjust.
