Office Excel 2003:

This is the first edition of Excel that there are no "LOTUS TRANSITION
KEYS". They used to be under tabs "Tools" - " Options" -"Transition" in
previous releases. The keys in particular that are missing is the key
strokes "/" "R" / "V" which would take all the formulas out of cells & leave
in a text statement.

Did you check Excel Help?

I found the topic "Lotus 1-2-3 keyboard equivalents" which looks like what
you need ...
