Lotus Notes translate to Microsoft Outlook for Palm Pilot

I have a Palm Pilot that was set-up for Microsoft Outlook (previous employer
used Outlook as well as I do at home). My current employer uses Lotus Notes;
in turn, they will not allow me to install Palm Pilot software on my work
computer.

I really want to use my Palm Pilot to manage calendar, address book, etc. I
do not cherish having to retype everything from my calendar and address book
at work into Outlook at home to then sync with my Palm Pilot.

Does anyone know how to take the Lotus Notes calendar and address book,
download it into a file that Outlook can read, and then upload it to Outlook
- allowing me in turn to then sync with Outlook at home.

Thanks in advance.

Examine your Lotus Notes program (the Help menu should be esxpecially
applicable) and see in what format(s) it can export. Locate one that
Outlook can import.

There is also an add in for the Palm sync to create conduits for Lotus Notes
