Lotus Notes Address Bood transfer / conversion to Outlook 2007

Is it possible to transfer / convert a lotus notes address book to Outlook
2007? How?

I got it sorted out, exported from LN to VCF format and the used a convertor
from Sperrysoftware to import them (all 1000 plus contacts at once) to
Outlook. Thanks
