Lotus approach problem when searching using XP

I use 9.8 Lotus Approach and recently when using the find feature in
approach the system generates an error message and states it needs to
close. a Microsoft message then appears to send or not send an error
report. if you chose send or dont send Approach closes. Is the related
to XP?

The Lotus application is casing the problem. you might try reinstalling the
program or contacting Lotus for more support.
