Lotus.123 file

Could anyone tell me why I couldn't open my lotus.123
files from my window explorer in the afternoon, while I
can open it in the morning .

And what happens when you try, do you receive an error message, does
anything happen? Have you tried removing and reinstalling your Lotus
application?
