How do I find all combinations of a 3 or 4 digit number in a lottery spreadsheet. All 3/4 digits are contained in one cell.

That seem to work for straight numbers. How do I find all combination of past results?
Maybe Data > Filter > AutoFilter.......then select from the drop down arrow
above the lottery number column....the filter will return all the rows
meeting the criteria
