Lost XP Pro CD

I've managed to lost my XP Pro CD, and I need to do a reinstall. I
have multiple computers, and tried to reinstall with another CD, but my
CD Key wouldn't work. I called Microsoft and figured out that it's not
working because of the version.

The CD I lost was Windows XP Pro _Upgrade_ and my other two CDs are OEM
versions. Apparently you can't install from an OEM CD and use an
Upgrade number (if the number is valid, I can't see any reason why not,
but apparently that's how it works).

So now I need to do one of two things - locate an XP Pro Upgrade CD, or
trade in my Upgrade number for an OEM number.

Does anyone know if there is a process set up with Microsoft to get
this done legally? My number is mine - bought and paid for - and I
would copy someone's Upgrade CD if I could just to be able to
reinstall, but if Microsoft has something in place for when these
things happen, I'd love to go the official route...

Here's another question - the Upgrade CD that was lost was old - pre
SP1. If I get an SP1 or SP2 CD will my number still work, or do I have
to install from an old CD and then do the updates afterwards?

Thanks for any help you can be....I appreciate your time in monitoring
