No, you can't download it. If you have proof of purchase for a retail copy,
call Microsoft. If this was an OEM copy that came bundled with your
computer, call your computer manufacturer. If neither will help, you need to
buy a retail copy of XP Pro.

Hi,

Spend $300? No, not for a lost disk, but you do have to expect to spend
something for the replacement. For retail versions, see:

How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=326246

If it was supplied with your pc (preinstalled), you need to contact the
manufacturer for replacement media.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;326246

If it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's
manufacturer.

And, while you're at it, please repair/replace your keyboard.
Posting in all caps, as you have done, is the Usenet equivalent of
shouting, and is considered very rude by a large number of people. More
importantly, posting in all caps makes the post harder to read, further
reducing your chances of getting help; a great many people won't even
try to read such a message, much less respond to it.

Yep, you have to buy another. Experience is a hard teacher but some
will learn from no other.

Well, if you got it with your computer, you might ask whoever you
bought it from but don't hold your breath.
