Lost windows natural keyboard shortcuts

Have searched everywhere, Does anyone know how to enable? Cannot ctrl-c or
windows key plus L any longer.

Keyboards can wear out. I wore out the "N' once. A new keyboard solved the
problem. Borrow one or use a spare to test if the problem is in your
current keyboard only.
