Lost Usernames and passwords

Where on my pc can i find the list of all my usernames and
passwords to websites stored on my pc?

I'm not sure you can... as that would defeat a lot of profile/security
purposes.

If they're not coming up from the cache then I think you're not going to
find them.

I hope I'm wrong. Try going to your Web Hosting Site and change the password
there. Or, just call them.
