Lost the SoundMax Audio Device after RIS

Greetings All,

Here's the quick rundown:
RIS is working flawlessly for other images
The client PC's are HP D530's with integrated SoundMax audio cards.
On the "master" image I created the sound worked
When I deploy the image, the sound applet in Control Panel states "No Audio
Device"
Here's where it gets weird, the SoundMax Audio device IS found in the Device
Manager and DM claims that the device is working properly.

I've tried several versions of the audio driver to no avail.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
I'm thinking that adding the 3rd party driver to the the RIS image might
work but this is just a hunch.

All input is appreciated
