Lost the option of send to desktop shortcut on right click

I was having a problem with my 2003 Office Outlook not runing. I uninstalled
and reinstalled and set up new email. All OK on Email now however I seem to
have lost the right click send to desktop (shortcut) option on all programs.
Can anyone help?
