Lost the CC line and the Subject line

Somehow or another I lost the "CC" line and the "Subject"
line. When I compose an e-mail it just has the "To" line.
Can anyone help?

Hi Mary,

This problem can occur if the option to view message headers is turned off,
and you click "Send the document to someone" while creating the Office
document.

To work around this problem, turn on the Message Header option before
creating the new Office document. This is a toggle option; you either
turn it on or off, depending on the current state. To turn on the Message
Headers option so you can edit the Office document, follow these steps:

1. On the File menu, point to New, and click Mail Message.

2. In the new message, on the View menu, click Message Header.

3. Close the message.

The Message Header option should now appear selected to indicate that the
option is on.
