lost taskmngr.exe

really dumb here but somehow ive lost taskmngr.exe how
can i pull it from my cd without reinstalling the whole
os?

Hi Mike,

Go to Start/Run/CMD and type in:

D: (Replace D: with your proper CD Rom letter)
cd \i386
expand taskmgr.ex_ %SystemRoot%\SYSTEM32\taskmgr.exe

click start>click run>type cmd in open bar>press ok
At command prompt goto cd drive .
type:
expand taskmngr Cif c: is ur os drive)
