Lost sound when i went into msconfig

I went into msconfig to uncheck a few item coming up in
the tray and when I rebooted there was no sound. Any
solutions?

Re-check the items you un-checked, then re-boot.

Then make sure you don't un-check the item which refers to your soundcard.
