Lost Sound Recorder

Somehow I deleted sound recorder from my system. I can't
find it anywhere. I remember deleting some shortcuts I
made but that's about it. How can I get it back?
 
1. Right-click on your Desktop and select: NEW > SHORTCUT
2. In the Create Shortcut window, type in: sndrec32.exe , and click "Next"
3. In the next window, type in: Sound Recorder , and click "Finish"
4. A new Sound Recorder shortcut icon will appear on your Desktop.
