Have you tried a system restore to before the problem happened? Does this
registry cleaner have an undo function.

Aside: Registry cleaners often times do more harm than good. Unless you
are knowledgeable in the registry and only use a registry cleaner as a guide
in suggesting what to remove, don't use one.

Where did my Sounds go?

I havn't done a System retor befor it Happened, and the Cleaner does have an
undo function but it isnt undoing anything when i have been clicking on the
"Undo"

Around the time it happened there was a flash banner of a buzzing bee on a
IE page i left it playing as i was in the other room when i came back it was
silent, Might that have anything to do with it it aswell?

I don't know. What version of IE were you using?
