Lost some of the toolbars

On Outlook, my "Tools" and "Help" toolbars has magically
disappeared. When I try and add them back in, they don't
show up on the the "toolbar options" "add or remove"
section. Anyone have the magic potion to make them
reappear?
 
What version of Outlook? Have you tried going to Control Panel | Add/Remove
Programs | Microsoft Office and doing a "Repair" install?
