Lost some of the international font settings in external applications

After I upgraded my system with a new mobo I had to repair Windows and now I
am not able to see some of my Turkish fonts in external applications such as
Winfax. I have no problem in office applications or windows. Explorer
accepts those fonts as it did b4, but winfax doesnt, neither does my
dictionary program where some of the fonts are just garbage.

Any idea how to fix that?

Never mind. I found how to solve. I rearranged non-unicode programs lanhuage
settings back to Turkish in advanced language options.
