Lost shadow setting tool bar, will not open

After using the shadow setting tool bar for the first time, I can not get it
to open again, the 3d bar next it opens OK. I ve done everything reset, etc.
I uninstalled Office and after putting it back in my layout looked the same
and the shadow setting tool bar STILL does not open....!!!
Any ideas where it has gone and how I can set it to open again????

Can you display it by going over Tools/Customize/Toolbars and activating the
checkbox in the list of toolbars?

Which version of Word?
