Lost 'SEND' ability in Outlook?

I've suddenly lost the ability to Send or Reply to messages received in
Outlook. Outlook Express works fine for send or reply; and messages in
Outlook are received fine.

My POP and SMTP settings are correct. Any suggestions appreciated

Thanks but I think I got it fixed... I deleted and reinput my email accounts
a couple of times, the last of which I left and ended up with duplicates,
including one account configured as Hotmail and also as MSN. For some reason
it now works.

When I composed a message, new or a reply, there was no 'SEND' option on the
Outlook bar. The 'Accounts' option was only listing one email account as
well...
