Lost programme

Somehow I have lost the contents of all games programmes (ie Solitaire,
spider solitaire etc.) in the standard Windows xp Start programs task bar.
How can I simply retrieve these from my Windows start up cd.

Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall the games, then reinstall them. You may need to have your XP CD handy.

Alternatively, simply create new shortcuts to each of the programs and copy them to the start menu.
