lost password

Out of the blues, one of our computers lost its password
to get into Windows XP pro.
Last night turned down the computer like every night, and
when I came in this morning and did exactly what I do
everyday, the computer is telling me that this is not the
password...?
I was able to find every option to change password in
Microsoft FAQ but no one relates to the issue before I can
get into Windows....HELP PLEASE....
