Lost password, runs jobs, help

Lost the password for the user which runs the backup program. Running Windows 2000 Server. If I, as admin, change the password, I have redo all the backup jobs and I am hoping not to do that. Any ideas how I can find that password?
 
If you could see a password in clear text in the registry, it wouldn't be
much protection....I suspect you'll need to change the jobs.
