Lost Outlook Express from program list

I was trying to put an outlook express icon on my desk
top. I went to the programs list and drug the outlook
express to my desk top. Now it is not on my program list.
How do I get it back on.

Tools>Options>Maintenance>Store folder will reveal the location of your
Outlook Express folder. Write it down.

Once you get to it, right click on the folder and "Send to desktop - create
shortcut.

Right click the OE shortcut on your Desktop | Copy

Right click Start | Explore All Users | Click Programs |
In the right hand pane | Right click | Paste | Close window

C:\Documents and Settings\You Name Here\Start Menu\Programs
